How to Order,   Gift Cards,   Sample Cards,   Special Options, Shipping & Handling,   Sales Tax,   Guarantee & Returns

HOW TO ORDER PICTURES Select the picture(s) you want to buy (NAME and/or description and LARGE or MEDIUM size or SAMPLE card). Fill out the Order Form  (button in the left column) or send us an email with the pertinent information to drk4814@dancingmuskrat.com .   Be sure to include your shipping address, phone and email address. If we have any questions about your order, we will email or phone you to be sure we have your order correct. We will send you an invoice via PayPal.   When you receive the invoice, you can then pay for your order through PayPal, e.g. using your credit or debit card.  PayPal will then credit our account.  We will not know or have any access to your credit card information. Your order usually will be shipped in 3 to 6 weeks after we have received your payment.  If there is any unusual delay, we will notify you by email. Ask us  about discounts for orders of two or more pictures.

GIFT CARDS and SAMPLE CARDS For special events -- such as holidays and birthdays -- when you need your gift by a certain date, we can send you a GIFT CARD at no charge.  We can usually send your GIFT CARD within 1-2 weeks after your invoice has been paid. The GIFT CARD will have a small version (approx. 4"x6" or smaller) of the picture you selected on the front.  Your message & name can be printed inside.    The card will include "A framed, signed limited-edition original photograph shown on this card has been ordered especially for you.  It will be shipped to  (address) by approximately (date)."  Be sure to tell us when you order if you want a GIFT CARD and the message & name to be printed inside.  Or we can send you a blank card for you to write your own message. We also offer SAMPLE CARDS which will show you a small version of the picture you are interested in, like the gift card, but has no messages. It comes with an envelope and can be used as a unique greeting card or gift card, too.  SAMPLE CARDS are $6 each, which is credited toward the purchase price if you decide to buy the full-size framed version of the picture on the card.  These cards usually will arrive in 1-2 weeks.

SPECIAL ORDER OPTIONS Mats:   mat colors listed with each picture are carefully selected by the artist to complement the picture.  Mat colors may be changed at the artist's discretion. You may choose to have white / off-white mats instead of the artist's colors. All mats are cut "bottom-weighted" which means that the mat width under the bottom of the print is a little wider (usually by 1-2") than the side and top widths.  We believe this gives the pictures a more pleasing perspective. Frames:  aluminum frames are available in black, contrast grey, gold or silver.    You may choose a different frame color than the color listed for each picture. Picture Sizes:    the approximate, nominal framed sizes for the large (16x20 format) and medium (11x14 format) sizes are shown for each picture.  Sizes may be changed at the artist's discretion.   If you need to fit a certain space, we may be able to adjust the width or height to a limited degree. Please contact us at virtualsales@dancingmuskrat.com. Returns:  special option orders may be returned only at the discretion of Dancing Muskrat Productions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING For a limited time, Shipping & Handling is FREE for orders over $500.    There is no shipping & handling charge for SAMPLE cards. For orders under $500, shipping & handling is $35 for addresses outside California and $20 for California addresses.    There is no charge for delivery to addresses within 75 miles of Santa Rosa, CA. Most pictures are shipped by UPS (or FedEx) GROUND with delivery in 1-5 business days and require a delivery signature.  Please be sure to include a contact phone number where UPS can reach the recipient. If you request, we can ship by air but we will have to charge you for the extra costs (typically $30-80 or more).  Sorry, we cannot accept orders from or ship pictures to addresses outside the continental United States.

SALES TAX If you are a California resident, we will add 7.75% sales tax.

30 DAY GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY We want you to be pleased with your picture.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us.  Except for special orders, pictures may be returned within 30 days from the day you received it and we will refund the sales price (and sales tax, if applicable) minus a 15% restocking fee.  Returned pictures must be shipped in the original carton and prepaid (no COD).  It is best to contact us before you return any item.  If the picture arrived damaged, please notify UPS (or FedEx) immediately and also notify us so that a claim may be submitted.  Be sure to save all packing materials and the carton.  Pictures ordered with special options (mat colors, frame color, special sizes, etc.) generally may not be returned unless authorized by Dancing Muskrat Productions.
